Kathie Hostick
Kathie Hostick is the Clinical and Academic lead at the Ellesmere Centre. She is a qualified UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) registered psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer who has a twenty five year background in mental health, with a special interest in developmental issues and disorders of the self.
Kathie has spent a number of years providing training and supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors and therapists. She also provides individual and group supervision to staff teams and organisations.
Kathie initiated and developed a service within the Mental Health Trust for people diagnosed with personality disorder. This service provided training, supervision and support to staff, along with individual and group therapy to clients.
Having run her own private practice for 13 years, Kathie set up the Ellesmere Centre for Psychotherapy and Training in 2006.
Kathie is presently working towards becoming a master trainer and supervisor in the field of psychotherapy. She has also recently completed her child psychotherapy training.
Kathie’s qualifications include:
CTA (Certified Transactional Analyst) PTSTA (Provisional Teaching and
Supervising Transactional Analyst). RMHN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)

Helen Brown
Helen is a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Transactional
Analyst with 18 years experience in counselling and psychotherapy with
a background in psychiatry.
She started her career with Relate in 1988 and completed the training in 1991, working for them for two years.
Helen has had her own private psychotherapy practice since 1993, working with individuals, couples and groups. Her work is focussed on client wants and the relationship which develops through the therapeutic process as a basis for change and growth.
She values the philosophy of Transactional Analysis - everybody is OK and has the capacity to think and change.

Jackie Taylor
Jackie is an experienced Transactional Analysis practitioner with over
10 years experience in private practice. She has a background in social
work and mental health at management level. Jackie is very interested
in working with the therapeutic relationship, spirituality and psychotherapy.
She offers group work, individual and couples therapy.
