Welcome to the website of the Ellesmere Centre for Psychotherapy and Training. Our aim is to take you on a journey of personal discovery through the application and teaching of psychotherapy. The psychotherapy we teach is known as Transactional Analysis (TA) and is the basis for our particular form of therapy and counselling.
You are probably attracted to this site because of your interest in psychotherapy, you may wish to enrol on one of our many training workshops click here for our current workshops) or undertake a career changing course to train as a Transactional Analyst. You may be a qualified therapist looking for good quality therapy space, or a trainer looking for a suitable training venue to run workshops and courses.
There are a growing number of people retraining to become psychotherapists, as they reach a stage in their life where they feel they want to understand more about themselves and give more to their community. As a result of this, the Transactional Analysis community is growing bigger every year and helping many thousands of people as its application increases.
It is not as difficult as you may think to become a Counsellor or Transactional Analyst. Our courses are full of people just like you who have a desire to change their lives and career paths at the same time.
